Description
SYVRAC flexible containers are made from durable textiles similar to those used in flexible silos, but in a containerized format. Their metal “squirrel cage” frame supports the flexible fabric while providing maximum stability to ensure proper flow of stored powders.
Thanks to their detachable design, these containers can be folded when not in use, reducing storage costs. Their flexibility allows activation of the product by tapping the fabric, improving the discharge of powders that are difficult to flow.
Stacks are easy to clean due to the simplified installation of the storage liner.
The container fabric can be equipped, like silos, with a filtering section for filling via pneumatic transfer blown directly from the loading point without an intermediate cyclone.
The outlet valve of the fabric container is fixed to the support frame for efficient connection to your loading points.

Easy Discharge
SYVRAC flexible containers allow for optimal discharge thanks to their flexible design. Unlike rigid containers, the fabric can be manually activated by tapping the sides to improve the flow of difficult powders. This feature is particularly useful for products prone to agglomeration, such as fatty flours or fine food powders that tend to compact. Discharge can be carried out through a butterfly or slide gate valve, depending on the type of product stored.
Foldable Structure
One of the main advantages of flexible containers is their ability to be completely dismantled and folded, significantly reducing storage space when not in use.
