The project
To meet the requirements for storage of raw materials, our client opted for an innovative storage line dedicated to flour, sugar and milk powder.
The solution is fed by a system of unloading pipes (delivery by tank lorry), enabling each silo to be filled independently and efficiently.

The handling solution provided by Syvrac
- Two 30 m³ flexible silos for flour storage, equipped with vibrating bottoms to facilitate unloading and a high-precision weighing system for optimal monitoring.
- Two 38 m³ flexible silos for sugar storage, also equipped with vibrating bottoms and a high-performance weighing system.
- A 7 m³ flexible silo for storing milk powder, equipped with a vibrating bottom and a weighing system ensuring accurate quantity management.
- A big-bag emptying machine for continuous feeding of the milk powder silo.
- A maintenance walkway for the dosing station, equipped with a hot water tank to facilitate regular maintenance.
The entire installation is carried out using our EASYVRAC® device, which simplifies the removal and refitting of the fabric covers, thus ensuring easy maintenance and continuous operation of the system.
