Description
SYVRAC truck unloading stations enable the transfer of powders from tanker trucks to storage silos while ensuring optimal air control. Unlike blowers integrated into trucks, this system allows full control of air flow and pressure to prevent overpressure, clogging, or equipment damage.
The connection between the truck and the silo is made via dedicated flexible hoses and secured by remotely operated isolation valves. This skid provides quick setup and optimal safety before transfer begins: the silo is identified, and the corresponding valve is opened by the control system. The electrical continuity system (grounding braid) connected to the truck is an integral part of this turnkey solution.
For moisture-sensitive products, an air drying option allows powder transfer with dry, temperature-controlled air. The installation can be built as a skid or integrated into a technical room, depending on the site’s industrial constraints.
