Description
The EASYVRAC® device has been specifically designed to secure and optimize the operations of mounting and dismounting flexible silo fabrics onto their frames. This innovative system allows for simple and rapid manipulation of the fabric thanks to a double-loop attachment method (low loop and high loop), enabling the fabric star to be reliably fastened and clipped around the frame’s beams.
Thanks to the EASYVRAC®, you can now more efficiently plan your production shutdowns while minimizing production line downtime. This optimization allows the Quality department to coordinate the fabric replacement in a very short time frame, thus facilitating regular maintenance of the installations without disrupting the production flow.
The device also offers the possibility of supporting the fabric for safe cleaning, significantly reducing the complexity and duration of operations. By making this task less restrictive, the EASYVRAC® allows you to plan several cleaning operations per year, thus ensuring regular preventive maintenance and quality upkeep.
One of the main features of the EASYVRAC® is its adaptability: it can be used with flexible silo frames from manufacturers other than SYVRAC, making it a universal and flexible solution for various types of installations.
