1 • Receipt of chemical raw materials

Solid bulk products are received and unloaded via big bag emptying stations equipped with containment systems to protect operators (glove box, sealed connection head) or via tank lorry unloading, sometimes in a neutral atmosphere under nitrogen. These stations guarantee total safety in ATEX or OEB environments. High-efficiency filtration and extraction systems keep the area clean and contained. Truck unloading can be combined with an automated sampling bench to immediately check incoming batches.

2 • Secure storage for sensitive products

SYVRAC, an expert in powder storage, offers a wide range of silos adapted to chemical constraints: coated steel silos, 316L stainless steel, or polyester resin for chemical resistance. Each silo can be equipped with pressure/temperature monitoring, ATEX instruments, and breakaway devices (discs, vents, valves). Our design office takes into account all safety constraints as well as product constraints such as density, abrasiveness, or reactivity, with options for fluidisation or internal agitation to ensure product flow.

3 • Pneumatic/mechanical confined transfer

SYVRAC develops and installs all types of confined transfer systems: pneumatic (dense or dilute phase, suction or pressure) or mechanical (screws, elevators, vibrating conveyors). For explosive or toxic products, the entire process can be inerted with nitrogen, and each line is equipped with safety systems, ATEX sensors and safety devices. Manufacturing is suitable for all sectors, including mirror-polished, micro-blasted stainless steel or water-polished finishes.

4 • Secure packaging in bags, big bags or drums

SYVRAC integrates all types of packaging stations. These systems are designed to guarantee cleanliness, operator safety and traceability. Syvrac offers systems for bagging, filling big bags or packaging drums. Filling can be carried out in a confined manner. The equipment can integrate weighing, labelling, inerting, sealing and sampling.

5 • Types of chemical process lines produced

SYVRAC designs and installs complete turnkey lines for the chemical and fine chemicals industries, integrating its own equipment and that of specialised partners. Here are some examples of lines produced:

  • Secure transfer of fumed silica to a mixer under inert atmosphere with packaging in sealed big bags – ATEX Zone 21
  • Emptying of pigment big bags and weight dosing in multi-component formulation, line equipped with metal detectors, safety sieves and CIP cleaning
  • Controlled micronisation of mineral fillers with calibrated screening and repackaging in bags via automatic bagging machine with operator containment
  • Grinding of technical plastic powders and granulation, including confined mechanical transfer and storage in HDPE resin silos with internal fluidisation
  • Unloading of carbon black tanker trucks with centralised filtration, extraction to buffer hopper and filling into closed metal drums
  • Chemical fertiliser formulation process including paddle mixers, high-precision dosing screws and robotic palletising
  • Sensitive catalyst transfer line with secure transfer lock, ATEX instrumentation and batch tracking integrated into the MES system
