Description
The SYVRAC TLB – Truck Loading Bellows range is designed to meet all bulk loading requirements for lorries, whether open, covered or tankers, in the agri-food, industrial powders, minerals or construction materials sectors.
Each TLB model incorporates a telescopic system guided by cables or motorisation, allowing the silo sleeve to be lowered to the point of discharge into the lorry. Level, tension or contact sensors ensure automatic shutdown when full. Optional containment skirts and a filter dust removal system ensure clean loading without dust emissions.

How to load a lorry with a telescopic loader for tankers
- The lorry is positioned under the silo.
- The operator opens the hatch or dome of the lorry.
- He lowers the telescopic arm to the truck opening using the remote control or hand crank (depending on the option selected).
- Contact sensors indicate that the centring cone is correctly positioned. Authorisation is given for loading.
- The product is loaded from the silo, hopper or metering screw.
- The upper rotary level sensor integrated into the loading sleeve automatically interrupts filling.
- The sleeve automatically returns to its folded position.
- As an option, a dust extraction system sucks up dust emissions during the cycle.
Prevent dust emissions during loading
Loading powders or fine bulk materials into lorries — whether open or tanker — generates large amounts of dust. These airborne particles can impact the health of operators, contaminate the immediate environment and compromise the quality of the finished product. SYVRAC TLB loading sleeves have been designed to eliminate these risks by ensuring optimal containment throughout the loading cycle.
The tanker truck versions (TLB-A and TLB-Z) position their cone in contact with the truck’s dome or receiving port. The connection is therefore sealed. On models equipped with dust extraction (TLB-Z and TLB-O), capture is carried out as close as possible to the truck on a continuous basis via the system’s double pipe. The fines are sent directly to a remote or integrated filter. In addition, a flexible skirt can be added to the bottom of the loading equipment, thus completing the sealing device.
How to choose from the SYVRAC TLB range

Selecting the right TLB loading arm model depends on several criteria:
Firstly, the type of lorry to be loaded: the TLB-M and TLB-O models are suitable for open lorries, while the TLB-A and TLB-Z models are specifically designed for loading tanker lorries.
Next, the level of containment: If you want total control over emissions, particularly for highly volatile powders, the TLB-Z model with integrated dust extraction is the best choice.
Finally, the level of automation will guide us towards manual models for low throughputs or occasional truck filling. Automatic versions allow high levels of service to be achieved without human intervention.
For ATEX dust environments, all models are available with Ex22 certified motors. In this case, the sleeve is earthed.

TLB sleeves are perfectly suited to the food industry, particularly for silo or mixing hopper outlets. Examples of products loaded:
- Cereals & derivatives: Wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, native starches (corn, potato), micronised bran, dried draff
- Sugars & sweeteners: Granulated sugar, icing sugar (coated with anti-caking agent), dextrose, crystalline fructose

- Minerals / inorganic: Silica, fumed silica (low density), alumina, kaolin, calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), talc, barite, gypsum, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide
- Plastic powders: PVC powder, ground PE/PP, thermoplastic resins in powder form, solid plasticisers
- Pigments/fillers: Carbon black (under certain conditions), mineral pigments, paint fillers
- Fertilisers: Powdered NPK, crushed urea, powdered sulphates
- Detergent powders: Powdered alkaline bases, dry surfactants, percarbonates
