Description
SYVRAC flexible silos are designed to meet the flexible storage needs of industries.
Air/product separation is achieved using the filtering fabric on the upper part of the silo, designed with a material that prevents your material from escaping and dusting your buildings. The fabric filters particles larger than 5 microns.
Product extraction is done with a vibrating base, which ensures total discharge.
The support structures are designed based on a standard model and adapted to each customer’s needs after a CAD study or a 3D scan of your buildings. This way, we best meet your requirements and installation constraints.
The Easyvrac device, a patent filed by Syvrac, allows for the replacement of flexible silo fabrics while reducing production shutdowns.

Installation
Flexible silos adapt to all types of industrial environments thanks to their modular and custom-made structure. Unlike rigid silos requiring foundations, flexible silos can be installed directly on existing platforms, which reduces infrastructure costs and allows for installation flexibility. Their customizable configuration makes it possible to maximize the use of available space, whether in buildings with limited height or on existing lines.
Our design office intervenes at the start of the project to design your future silo battery within your installation. We use FARO 3D scanning technology coupled with Solidworks to reproduce your installation to the nearest millimeter!
Assembly and Maintenance
The installation of fabric silos with the EASYVRAC patent is fast and does not require heavy equipment. Their patented EASYVRAC modular design allows for assembly in just a few hours, thereby minimizing production interruptions.
The unique patent divides the assembly time by 3 compared to standard market solutions.
In terms of maintenance, bulk fabric silos are easily accessible for inspection and replacement of elements. Fabric replacement is made fast thanks to the EASYVRAC system, which allows for disassembly in less than 2 hours. The fabric clipping system allows for the fabric to be disassembled without having to dismantle the support structure.
