Description

Syvrac flexible silos for flour are designed to offer a solution of high-performance and hygienic storage, reducing the risks of material alteration and guaranteeing perfect product fluidity. Thanks to their filtering fabric silo roof, storage is clean and the atmosphere is controlled. This prevents moisture and external contamination.

Flour extraction is facilitated by an integrated vibrating base, allowing for smooth and total discharge. These silos are also compatible with pneumatic transfer systems, to feed weighing hoppers. The supply is thus continuous to kneading or preparation lines. Syvrac also offers fabric cleaning services to ensure irreproachable sanitary conditions.

The entire structure is designed to adapt to the spaces of mills, creperies, industrial bakeries, and biscuit factories, allowing for optimal integration into the production process.

The Easyvrac® device, a patent filed by Syvrac, allows for the replacement of flexible silo fabrics while reducing production shutdowns.

SYVRAC flexible silos for flour are designed to guarantee maximum food safety. Manufactured with technical fabrics certified CE 1935/2004 and FDA, they prevent any particle migration into the flour and avoid cross-contamination. Thanks to their hermetic design, these silos protect the flour against moisture, pests, and external impurities. The absence of retention zones prevents residue accumulation and reduces the risks of bacterial development, thus facilitating compliance with HACCP, IFS, and BRC standards. Their flexible structure absorbs vibrations, limiting the formation of lumps and ensuring better flour preservation.

Cleaning

Flour storage requires impeccable hygiene to prevent mold, contamination, and product deterioration. Syvrac offers several cleaning methods adapted to industrial requirements:

  • Dry cleaning: mechanical brushing and vacuuming with an ATEX-certified vacuum cleaner.
  • Compressed air cleaning: blowing of the inner walls combined with industrial vacuuming.
  • Dismantling and deep cleaning: Thanks to the Easyvrac® patent, silo fabrics can be quickly replaced and sent for specialized industrial cleaning in Syvrac workshops.

Reduced Installation Cost

Flexible silos for flour offer an economical solution compared to rigid silos made of stainless steel, resin, or steel. Their quick installation does not require heavy foundations, which reduces infrastructure costs accordingly. Thanks to their light and flexible structure, they can be installed directly in existing buildings, without requiring major adaptations. Easyvrac®

Our Easyvrac® patent reduces assembly time by a factor of three compared to traditional market solutions, thereby minimizing equipment downtime.

In terms of maintenance, fabric bulk silos are easily accessible for inspection and component replacement. The replacement of the fabric is quick thanks to the EASYVRAC system, which allows disassembly in less than 2 hours. The fabric clipping system enables removal without dismantling the supporting structure.
