Why install a pressure relief vent?
When unloading a tanker by pneumatic means into an indoor silo, the volume of air injected can quickly cause the building to become overpressurised. Ideal for textile silo loading

Automatic pressure relief in the flexible silo unloading area
The Syvrac system is fully automated:
- Detection: The analogue pressure sensor detects a rise in pressure in the lorry’s pipework.
- Activation: A dry contact immediately activates the axial fan to balance the pressure in the room. This prevents overpressure.
- Delay: Once unloading is complete (zero pressure), the motor is delayed in shutting down to allow the last traces of suspension to be expelled and to stabilise the ambient pressure.
