Vibrating Bottom Dischargers for Flexible Fabric Silos
The vibrating cone for fabric or flexible silos by SYVRAC ensures optimal discharge performance. It maintains a constant product column and fluidizes the flow of stored materials. Unlike rigid silos where only the cone moves, the vibrating bottom of a flexible silo transmits vibration throughout the fabric, enabling consistent and efficient product extraction. It can be installed on both new and existing silos through revamping.

Description
The SYVRAC vibrating cone is designed to improve the discharge of flexible silos by taking advantage of the fabric’s flexibility. Unlike rigid silos, where only the bottom plate vibrates, the vibrating cone of a flexible silo transmits vibration throughout the entire structure, reducing the cone angles and optimizing material flow.
The mounting system developed by SYVRAC uses a unique fabric bead clamping method with a wide stainless-steel collar, ensuring precise integration and perfect sealing of the assembly. SYVRAC offers two models of vibrating cones: a pneumatic transfer version with horizontal outlet and fluidization, and a classic discharge version with multiple outlet options (PN flange, smooth edge, or BFM fitting).

Vibration transmission
Unlike the vibrating cones of rigid silos, the SYVRAC vibrating cone does not act locally. Thanks to its unique design, vibration is transmitted throughout the entire silo fabric, ensuring a more uniform discharge and allowing the use of shallower cone angles. This feature guarantees efficient, residue-free extraction and improved product flow stability.
Precise and adaptable mounting
The SYVRAC vibrating cone is mounted using a bead woven directly into the silo fabric, which fits perfectly into a wide stainless-steel collar designed by SYVRAC. This technology ensures perfect alignment and maximum sealing. Applicable to both new and existing silos, it allows for modernization without structural modification.
Optimized suction for pneumatic transfer
On the pneumatic transfer vibrating cone model, suction occurs beneath the deflector cone, ensuring a homogeneous product transfer and preventing any obstruction. This design allows for smooth and continuous extraction, essential for automated industrial processes.
