Description
The SYVRAC range of vibrating bottoms consists of a vibrating cone suspended from a flange welded to the silo and supported by cylindrical mounts. (The shock absorbers are selected based on the silo type: stainless steel, carbon steel, or aluminum.) A flexible sleeve ensures sealing while preventing the transmission of vibrations to the rigid structure. The vibrating bottom is equipped with one or more vertically mounted vibratory motors, depending on the diameter, which transmit uniform vibration to the stored product. The eccentric weights of the motor can be adjusted according to the product. The vertical mounting of the motor prevents product compaction and ensures Mass Flow discharge.
An internal cone, acting as a deflector, diffuses vibrations to the core of the product, optimizing discharge and reducing arching phenomena. This inner cone is adapted to the type of powder stored, with its angle adjusted to break product bridges. Furthermore, thanks to a shallower slope angle compared to traditional silos, the overall height of the vibrating bottom is reduced, offering greater storage capacity for the same dimensions.
Vibrating bottoms are particularly suited for products stored over long periods and/or prone to compaction. They prevent the formation of arches, bridges, and rat holes, ensuring a consistent mass flow.

Sealing System with Flexible Sleeve
The flexible sleeve ensures a perfect seal between the vibrating bottom and the silo structure. It prevents vibration transmission and guarantees electrical continuity compliant with ATEX requirements, ensuring safety during the storage of organic powders.
Optimized Design for Powder Discharge
The vibrating cone, combined with the vibratory motors, generates a smooth and adjustable motion that promotes homogeneous powder flow, even for difficult products. It prevents the formation of arches and rat holes while ensuring a consistent mass flow.
Cylindrical Block Suspensions
The vibrating bottom is suspended by cylindrical blocks attached to the welded flange. These components effectively absorb vibrations and extend the service life of the installation without damaging the silo body, particularly for resin silos. The selection and number of shock absorbers are crucial to maintaining the structural integrity of the silos.
Adjustable Vibratory Motors
Depending on the diameter of the vibrating bottom, one or more vibratory motors can be installed to ensure uniform vibration across the entire surface.
Manufactured in Painted Steel or Stainless Steel
The vibrating bottoms are available in painted steel for non-food applications and in stainless steel 304L or 316L for food-grade or corrosive environments.
